6 Smoked salmon rolls

Ingredients: Smoked salmon, olive oil, goat cheese, dill, chive, parsley, black pepper.

*Contains: salmon, milk

*May contain: peanut, nut, wheat, sesame, other sea foods, egg, mustard, sulphites.

Preparation: Ready to serve.

Maple salmon rillettes

Ingredients: Fresh salmon, smoked salmon, cream, maple syrup, white wine, onions, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper.

*Contains: Salmon, milk, sulphites.

*May contain: Peanut, nuts, wheat, soy, sesame, other seafood, egg, mustard.

Preparation: Ready to serve.

Foie gras ballotin in gingerbread crust

Foie gras:

Ingredients: Duck foie gras, spices, salt, nitrite salt, sugar, pepper.

Gingerbread: wheat flour, honey, egg, brown sugar, milk, anise, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, coriander, baking powder.

Preparation:Ready to serve.

Brioche:

Ingredients: Wheat flour, whole egg, butter, sugar, milk, yeast, salt.

Seafood gratin

Ingredients: Seafood (scallops, shrimps, mussels), fish and scallop stock (water, fish (pout), white wine, carrot, celery, onion, leek, butter, scallop beards, shallot), button mushroom, fresh cream, Emmental cheese, Muscadet white wine, butter, mussel cooking juice, skim milk, white wine, mushroom cooking juice, wheat flour, rice starch, shallot, butter, white wine vinegar, salt, milk protein, egg yolk, garlic, pepper.

*Contains: milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, mollusks, wheat, sulphites.

*May contain: peanuts, nuts, soy, sesame, other fish and seafood, mustard.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350°F, arrange the gratins on a baking sheet covered with crumpled aluminium foil. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly colored. Remove from oven and serve.

veal medallion with port wine and truffles

Ingredients: Veal.

Sauce: Homemade veal stock, cornstarch, Port wine, red wine, tomato paste, tartufata, sugar, onion powder, dehydrated tomato, garlic powder, salt, pepper, bay leaf, rosemary.

*Contains: wheat, sulphites.

*May contain: peanut, nut, soy, milk, sesame, seafood, egg, mustard.

Preparation: Warm up in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve.

Dauphinois gratin

Ingredients: Potato, cream, Emmental cheese, salt, methycellulose, garlic flavor, white pepper, nutmeg.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350°F, arrange the gratins on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly colored. Remove from oven and serve.

Mango, passion fruit mousse and pineaple compote verrine

Ingredients: 35% cream, mango, egg white, sugar, gelatine.
Cream: butter, passion fruit, egg yolk, whole egg, sugar.
Compote: pineapple, sugar, rum, vanilla, ginger.
Dacquoise and crust: egg white, coconut, sugar, milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole and skim milk powder, cocoa paste, soy lecithin, vanilla flavor), butter, hazelnut praline, hazelnut paste, wheat flour.
Coulis: raspberry puree, water, sugar, NH pectin. White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered skimmed milk, butter, lecithin soy, vanilla flavor).
