Tomato gaspacho

Ingredients: Tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, celery, ketchup, wine vinegar, tomato paste, garlic, tabasco, salt, pepper.

Veal medallion with port wine and truffles

Ingredients: :Veal. Sauce: Homemade veal stock, cornstarch, Port wine, red wine, tomato paste, tartufata, sugar, onion powder, dehydrated tomato, garlic powder, salt, pepper, bay leaf, rosemary.

Preparation : Warm up in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve.

Gorgonzola fiocchetti, rosee sauce with basil

Ingredients: Semoulina, egg, water, Gorgonzola cheese, Ricotta cheese, Grana Padano cheese, breadcrumgs (wheat flour), parsley, salt.
Sauce: Tomato sauce, 18% cream, water, dehydrated onion, basil, spices, garlic, sugar, salt, paprika.
