Pork cretonnade

Ingredients: Water, spinach, potatoes, broccoli, navy beans, and/or Lima beans, coconut milk (coconut extract, water, guar gum), onions, carrots, kale, nutritional yeast, fresh garlic, sea salt, spices, fine herbs.

* Organic Ingredients, may contain nuts.

Preparation: Microwave oven 3 to 5 minutes.

For 2 people 650mL.

* To ensure optimal preservation of the soups, they will be delivered frozen.

Confit salmon with lemon  

Ingredients: Pork, onion, pork fat, cream, capers, sherry vinegar, salt, nitrite salt, pepper.

Preparation: Ready to serve.

Veal roulade with kalamata olives     

Ingredients: Veal, veal stock, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, green pepper, corn starch.

Preparation : Warm up for approximately 2 minutes in the microwave.

Portion for two people, about 450g.

Chicken and feta cheese ravioli, rosemary cream sauce

Ingredients: Pasta: Semoulina, water, chicken, Feta cheese, spinach, Ricotta cheese, wheat breadcrumbs, soy protein, liquid whole egg, wheat gluten, yeast extract, rosemary. Sauce: 18% cream, milk, vegetable stock, salt, rosemary, saffron, Cayenne pepper.

Preparation : Warm up in microwave for 1 minute on each side. Open and serve.

Traditional beef bourguignon with wine


Ingredients: Beef, veal stock, onions, mushrooms: Oyster mushroom, yellow Bolete, shiitake, pholiote, carrots, corn starch, bacon, red wine, salt, pepper.

Preparation : Warm up in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.

Indian butter chicken  



Ingredients: Seasoned chicken, water, yogurt (partly skimmed milk, milk protein, bacterial cultures), 10% cream (milk, cream, liquid whey), onions, tomato paste, butter, modified corn starch, sugar, salt, ginger, dehydrated garlic, chili pepper, spices.

* Contains: Milk.

Preparation : 
Microwave oven: Using scissors, cut a 1 centimeter slit in the bag. Place the bag in a microwave-safe dish and heat on high power for 2 minutes. Remove content from bag and serve.
In boiling water: Place bag in a properly sized pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a low boil and heat for approximately 10 minutes. Remove content from bag and serve.

Portion for two people, about 450g.

Blueberry sponge cake

Ingredients: Milk, blueberries, liquid whole egg, sugar, almond powder, apricot jelly (sugar or glucose, pectin, apple, citric acid, sodium benzoate, natural and artificial flavor), inverted sugar, cornstarch, 35% cream, vanilla, baking powder.

Moroccan salad, tagine style

Ingredients :Tagine vegetables (parsnips, carrots, chickpeas). Ratatouille (onion, succhini, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, eggplant, tomato paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, bay leaf, thyme flower. Seasoning (olive oil, lemon juice, cider vinegar, paprika, Raz el Hanout, lemon zest, cumin, saffron).

Preparation : Preheat the oven to 350°F, arrange the gratins on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly colored. Remove from oven, rectify seasoning to taste and serve.

Potato truffled puree

Ingredients :Potatoes, milk, butter. Tartufata: meadow mushrooms, water, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, brewer's yeast), salt, summer truffle, parsley, flavor, garlic, pepper.
