Beet salad with maple syrup, lemon zest and roasted almonds

Ingredients: Beetroots, water, sugar, onions, white vinegar, salt, canola oil, spices, lemon zest, almond, maple syrup.

Preparation: Ready to serve.

Red cabbage salad

Ingredients: Red cabbage, canola oil, water, carrots, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices, citric acid and / or erythorbic acid, ascorbic acid, sodium benzoate and/or potassium sorbate, disodium EDTA.

Preparation: Ready to serve.

Eggplant caviar with basil and cider vinegar

Tomato gaspacho

Ingredients: Tomato, red bell pepper, cucumber, celery, ketchup, wine vinegar, tomato paste, garlic, salt, tabasco, pepper.

Preparation: Ready to serve.

Carrot, orange and ginger cold soup

Ingredients: Carrot, orange juice, cider vinegar, ginger, orange zest, salt, pepper.

*May contain: Peanut, nut, milk, wheat, soy, sesame, seafood, egg, mustard, sulphites.

Preparation: Ready to serve.

Portion for two people, about 750 ml.

White and red quinoa, mediterranean vegetables and fresh mint

Ingredients: Tomatoes, red peppers, onions, white quinoa, Edamame, zucchini, fresh mint, olive oil, salt, fresh lemon juice, pepper.

*Contains: Soy, sulphites. *May contain: Peanuts, nuts, milk, wheat, sesame, seafood, egg, mustard.

Preparation: Warm up in the microwave 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Portion for two people, about 500g.

Chickpeas, cauliflower with coconut milk and indian spices

Ingredients: Chickpeas, cauliflower, potatoes, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onions, olive oil, cider vinegar, lemon juice, coconut milk, curry powder, basil, salt, pepper.

*Contains: Sulphites. *May contain: Peanut, nuts, milk, wheat, soy, sesame, seafood, egg, mustard.

Preparation: Ready to serve.

Portion for two people, about 500g.

Vegetable tagine with lemon and oriental spices

Ingredients: Vegetables (parsnips, carrots, chickpeas), ratatouille (onion, tomato, zucchini, red pepper, green pepper, tomato paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, bay leaf, thyme flower. Seasoning (paprika, Raz el Hanout, lemon zest, saffron, cumin).

*May contain: Peanut, nut, milk, wheat, soy, sesame, seafood, egg, mustard, sulphites.

Preparation: Ready to serve.

Portion for two people, about 400g.

Galette of fajitas of corn and falafels scented with sesame, humus with tahini

Ingredients:  Tortilla (corn flour, water, corn germ, cellulose gum). Falafel (chickpeas, water, canola / sunflower oil, chickpea flour, potato flakes, yeast, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, spices). Hummus (chick peas, tahini (sesame paste), water, lemon juice, canola oil, garlic puree, sea salt, spices).

*Contains: Sesame. *May contain: Peanuts, nuts, wheat, milk, seafood, egg, mustard.

Preparation:  Falafel: Preheat oven to 450 °F. Place the falafel on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes.

Lentil indian dhal with coconut milk

Ingredients: Water, red lentils, onions, coconut milk, turmeric powder, salt, garlic powder, ginger powder, cayenne pepper, cumin powder.

*Contains: Sulphites. *May contain: Peanuts, nuts, milk, wheat, soy, sesame, seafood, egg, mustard.

Preparation: Warm up in microwave for 1 minute 30 on each side. Rest 30 seconds and shake bag during 30 seconds from top to bottom to emulsify the sauce. Open and serve.

Coconut panna cotta and exotic fruits vegan verrine

Ingredients: Coconut milk, coconut puree, exotic puree (pineapple, mango, passion fruit, banana), water, almond powder, almond butter, sugar, agave syrup.

Preparation: Ready to serve.

Strawberry cheesecake vegan verrine
